This article describes the different reports we use in Repair. You may access these reports via TDG or DSG Reports and Power BI.

What is TDG/ DSG Reports?

TDG Reports is a web-based reporting and data entry system that provides supervisors, employees, and executives with the information required to understand day-to-day operations of the company. Accessible from TDG Connect, it is our access to everything from sales performance reports to how well we execute our deliveries to the customer. Like Storis, users’ access to TDG Reports is customized for the requirements of the individual job descriptions (and occasionally by specific user). Users are provided login ids and passwords that give them access to the reports and information necessary to accomplish their jobs.

  1. Access TDG Reports.
  2. In the Username field, type your Storis User ID.
  3. In the Password field, type your Storis password.
  4. Press Enter or click Sign In. The Dufresne Web Portal page opens.

  3. Enter your parameters and then click Submit or Preview. The report or the entry screen opens.
  4. To print the report, click the printer icon on the toolbar.
  5. To close the report, click the X at the top right corner of the screen.

The ability to access and read the reports will be defined throughout your training, depending on your position and responsibilities. Additionally, users will have a drop down menu listed as User Group. By selecting different user groups, other options become available to them which may not otherwise have been listed.
