This article describes how to order parts via the Parts Portal.
How do I order parts via the Parts Portal?
- Go to https://ashleyfurniture.parts/ and login.
- Enter the product's model and serial number.
- Click Identify Parts. The product's information page displays.
- Scroll down and select the Damage Type and Damage Location.
- Select the required parts and quantities.
- Click Continue.
- Update the Shipping Information. Include the service order number in the Address 2 line.
- Click Place Order.
How do I update the service order?
- In Storis, update the service order as follows:
- Scheduling status Pending
- Service status PTS
- Update the Audit Comments Log.
