This article describes how to transfer a call via the AT&T Office@Hand application.
How do I warm transfer a call?
- Click Answer.
- Click More.
- Click Transfer.
- Place your cursor in the phone number field and then do one of the following:
- Type in an employee name to search. Then, double click the name.
- Enter a ten digit telephone number.
- Click Ask First. You will stay on the call until the recipient accepts the transfer.
How do I direct transfer a call?
